Stephanie has been a personal trainer and boot camp instructor for over 13 years. She is currently an athletic student fitness teacher and head soccer coach at a top 5A school in Idaho (14+ years). As a working mother, Stephanie understands the stresses of everyday life and designs programs that emphasize mind and total body health.

Body2Fit offers non-competitive, self-paced fitness classes for men and women of all ages. It provides you with a total body workout in one hour – set to high-energy pop music. You will come away feeling energized, strong and accomplished. We offer a variety of interval training techniques to get you the results you are looking for. Each class is designed to give you a heart pounding, sweat drenching, and goal producing workout. All you need to do to get started is "COMMIT". 

Morning Boot Camp Classes are held at the Hidden Springs Elementary School Gymnasium in the community of Hidden Springs, Idaho. Personal Training sessions are held in the Body2Fit Fitness Studio.

Hidden Springs is located four miles north of Hill Road in northwest Boise.

I recently became a team member of RODS Racing because I wanted to race for something other than myself while at the same time raising awareness that many orphans with Down Syndrome are waiting to be adopted. It is important for people to know that these children need loving homes too. 

Our family is very close to a family whose son Anthony has Down Syndrome. As our friendship has grown, so has our love for Anthony. I want others to experience that love! I am excited to support RODS and look forward to helping with RODS Jr, a newly launched program all about Kids Helping Kids. 

I am very blessed to be able to race at the Boston Marathon coming up on April 21, 2014 and will run strong with my family, friends and RODS in my heart! Please visit my page at to read more about our program and if interested to donate toward such an inspirational cause.
